Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account + all associated CRM data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@galindo.app from the address you used to sign up, with subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

User account, organization, all contacts, deals, activities, quotes, channel connections, integration credentials, billing records. Anonymised log data may be retained for security audits up to 90 days.
