This policy explains what data Galindo collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account data (email, name, organization), CRM content you create (contacts, deals, messages), and integration tokens you authorise (Google, Meta). We log basic request metadata for security + debugging.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the product for you. We don't sell your data. We don't train external AI models on your CRM content.

3. Subprocessors

Google Cloud (hosting), Stripe (billing), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (transactional email). Each handles only the data needed for its function.

4. Your rights

You can export or delete your data any time — see the Data Deletion page for the request form.
