Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Galindo, a CRM and lead-routing platform operated by Sakamoto Labs LLC ("Galindo", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable use

You're responsible for the content you load into Galindo and the messages you send through it. Don't send spam. Don't impersonate others. Comply with the laws of the jurisdictions you operate in.

2. Account, fees, and termination

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that abuse our systems.

3. Liability

Galindo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify active orgs by email 30 days before any material change.
